Southeast of Premantura, directly along the waterfront, lies Campingplatz Stupice, home to the kitespot. Depending on skill level and wind conditions, the vast area between three islands can be traversed, with the main spot nestled between the peninsula of Campingplatz Stupice and Trumbuja Island.

For setting up and launching your kite, the football field or the peninsula are ideal choices, providing grassy surfaces. However, these spots are best utilized when there's less activity. Along the isthmus connecting the peninsula to the mainland, both a northern and southern pebble beach can be found. These are suitable for wading during the off-season, but caution is advised for sea urchins.

The northern bay is reserved for windsurfing school and bathers, making it advisable for kitesurfers to swiftly navigate out. Summer sees increased activity, not only due to the inflated aqua park but also with numerous boats crowding the southern bay, posing potential obstacles. Additionally, a small gravel beach on the peninsula's southern coast is suitable for launching, though only during low traffic.

The kitespot thrives under Bora and Jugo winds. Bora brings gusty winds as it travels overland, while Jugo may bring higher waves, both prevalent during the off-season. Maestral, however, brings offshore and gusty winds. This spot is recommended for experienced kitesurfers who can handle their equipment, master self-rescue, and accurately assess situations.

Given the absence of a kitesurfing school, the tricky entry, and the kite's unpredictable behavior, this spot is not suitable for beginners. Constant supervision and a pre-session emergency plan are crucial. The spot is particularly well-suited for hydrofoiling enthusiasts, offering quick depth changes and a vast playground encompassing three islands worth exploring.
