How to get to Fehmarn and how to bring it about while you're there
Getting to Fehmarn is easy. It’s connected to mainland Germany via a causeway bridge. You can drive from Hamburg in about two hours, or take a train directly to Burg auf Fehmarn. The nearest major airport is Hamburg, from which rental cars and trains provide convenient access to the island.
